Birthday Desserts at Edgar's Cafe

Vesuvius: rich brownie cake topped with a layer of chocolate fudge, cheesecake, then a mound of chocolate mousse on top, dark chocolate truffles around the edge, finished off with caramel, chocolate and white chocolate chips nuts.

Chocolate Mousse Layer: layers of chocolate chiffon cake filled in between with smooth chocolate mousse glazed with chocolate ganache

Frutti Di Bosco (Wild Berries): crumb crust filled custard, thin layer of cake topped with chantilly with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, red and black currents.

Hazelnut Gelato

Tiramisu (Homemade): our tiramisu, very light italian mascarpone cheese mixed with coffee syrup, coffee liquor layered between two thin layers of lady fingers and topped with chocolate powder.
