Humus: crushed chickpeas, tahini paste and special house seasonings

Babaganoush: baked eggplant, tahini paste, garlic and seasoning

Combination Platter: one skewer of barg (jsirloin, marinated in a special age old recipe), one skewer of jujeh jabob (marinated boneless breast of chicken, char-grilled) and two skewers of kobideh kebo (open flamed & seasoned barbequed ground beef)
